A Kleek Treat - Terms and Conditions

  • Exchange your Kleek Treat voucher for ONE standard style and finish service as shown, subject to availability and pre-booking.
  • Please mention this voucher at time of booking.
  • Please note that this voucher can not be used for any alternative services and confers no preferential rights.
  • The Academy Manager’s decision is final.
  • Kleek Academy standard terms and conditions apply.
  • No cash alternative.
  • Not transferable or assignable and not for resale.
  • This ticket will expire 6 months after issue.
  • Colour services require skin testing in advance, prior to appointment.
  • Kleek Treat Job Centre Get Interview Ready vouchers follow the same rules subject to service. Job Centres give out cards directly at 1-2-1 meetings (they are not publicly displayed). Maximum of 2 cards to be issued per jobseeker in a calendar year.

Kleek - Monthly Unlimited Blow Drys - Terms and Conditions

  • A Monthly Blow Dry Voucher is purchased at a cost of £18 for unlimited blow drys for one month, equating to 4 weeks total
  • A voucher must have a Name and Start Date added by a Kleek member of staff to be valid.
  • Please mention this voucher at time of booking
  • Identification may be requested at the time of booking or accessing services with your Monthly card.
  • A Kleek Stamp will be added to your voucher for ONE standard blow dry service each time you attend, subject to availability and pre-booking. Bookings will also be added to our Salon systems.
  • Please note that this voucher can not be used for any alternative services and confers no preferential rights.
  • The Academy Manager’s decision is final.
  • Kleek Academy standard terms and conditions apply.
  • No cash alternative.
  • Not transferable or assignable and not for resale.
  • This ticket will expire 1 month after issue.
  • In the event of a lost card, a replacement card will be issued once.
  • Note if accessing additional services, colour services require skin testing in advance, before appointment.

Biscuits Competition - Terms and Conditions

  • To enter, participants must follow @kleekapprentice on the relevant social platform, Like the post and Comment on as to: your favourity hair service or beauty treatment!

  • Entries must be submitted by 23:59 on Wednesday 10 April 2024 to be entered for the competition.

  • The 3 winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries within 7 days of the closing date.

  • The winners will be notified via direct message on the social media platform used for entry.

  • If the winner does not respond within 2 days, an alternate winner will be chosen.

  • Each winner will receive 1 x box of Kleek biscuits.

  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • By entering the competition, participants grant @kleekapprentice the right to share their social handle on social media for promotional purposes and share any relevant posts.

  • Entries that violate the terms and conditions will be disqualified.

  • Kleek Apprenticeships reserves the right to cancel or modify the competition at any time.

  • Participants agree to abide by the decision of the competition organisers, which are final and binding.

  • Personal information collected during the competition will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and will not be shared with third parties.
